Service terms and conditions provided by X-Pro LLC DBA CV Kreative will be described in the presentation of the marketing proposal and again in agreed terms via the marketing service contract signed by both the marketer, in this case, X-Pro LLC DBA CV Kreative, and the Client.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions: CV Kreative bills the subscribers using a prorated, recurring payment system for subscriptions that recur on a monthly, semi-annual or annual basis dependent upon the date of the first payment and selected subscription plan upon payment. Prior to forthcoming billing cycle, the payment method is processed at the select time interval. If a renewal payment fails or is expired and not updated, the User will be notified by CV Kreative and access to CV Kreative's services will be suspended until payment is received. CV Kreative may attempt to renew the card at a later date unless the User requests a cancellation.

Recurring payments: Unless a subscriber specifies in written or electronic communication to cancel and or not automatically renew, all subscriptions with CV Kreative are term subscriptions that renew at a later date.

Monthly subscriptions: All monthly payments are automatic and final. The User is not notified prior to the renewal date. Cancellation will prevent any further charges from occurring, as long as cancellation occurs prior to renewal. Please view the Termination of Services section for more clarity.

Semi-annual and annual subscriptions: Semi-annual and annual subscriptions will auto-renew until you cancel the service. Every time before your subscription auto-renews, we will send an email specifying the amount that will be charged to your credit card. Similarly, after each renewal we will send you a receipt via email specifying the amount that has been deducted together with the next renewal date and the next renewal amount.

Giveaways

  • For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "X-Pro LLC DBA CV Kreative" refers to CV Kreative, whose Instagram handle is @cvkreative20. The "Prize" refers to **1 of 10 available prizes** 
  • By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by **TIME** on **DATE**. One (1) winner will be selected randomly by The Promoter on **DATE**, and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
  • CV Kreative's competitions with entry via Instagram, Facebook, or via CV Kreative's website are open only to Great Britain, Canada & the United States of America residents. Unless otherwise stated, one (1) winner will be chosen randomly from all entrants and across all platforms.
  • No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
  • Entrants must be over 18 years old on their entry date.
  • Employees & Ownership of CV Kreative are not eligible to enter.
  • Instagram or Facebook is not affiliated or involved in the competition.
  • Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.
  • Each entrant shall enter the competition via CV Kreative's website.
  • The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on Instagram, Facebook, or CV Kreative's website using a random number generator. CV Kreative will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
  • CV Kreative will not be held liable for failing to receive entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid entries.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, CV Kreative's liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, CV Kreative shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition, or any Prize for any indirect, special, or consequential cost, expense, loss, or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might well have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
  • Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, CV Kreative reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
  • The winner's name, address, email address, and phone number must be provided to CV Kreative if requested and will be shared to enable the prize's fulfillment.​
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond CV Kreative's reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
  • CV Kreative's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of CV Kreative after the winner has been selected.

Welcome to the Social Media Akademi  provided by X-Pro LLC DBA CV Kreative. By registering for this course, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Social Media Akademi Description: The social media Akademi is designed to provide education and training on how to effectively use social media platforms for marketing and advertising purposes. The course will cover various topics related to social media, including but not limited to social media strategy, content creation, advertising campaigns, and analytics.
  2. Course Fees: The course fees are $149.00, which is due upon registration. The fee is non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation by CV Kreative. If you cancel your registration, you will not be entitled to any refund.
  3. Course Materials: All course materials, including but not limited to course slides, videos, and handouts, are the property of CV Kreative and are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, or use any course materials for commercial purposes without the express written consent of CV Kreative
  4. Participation: To participate in the course, you must have access to a computer and a reliable internet connection. You are responsible for ensuring that your computer and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements necessary to participate in the course. CV Kreative is not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent you from participating in the course.
  5. Confidentiality: You agree to keep all course materials and information confidential and not to disclose any course materials or information to any third party without the express written consent of CV Kreative.
  6. Limitation of Liability: CV Kreative is not responsible for any damages or losses that may result from your participation in the course. In no event shall CV Kreative be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the course.
  7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Iowa, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Iowa.

By registering for CV Kreative's Social Media Akademi, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
