We are committed to providing each customer with exceptional service. We want you to feel comfortable about transacting business with us. Due to the nature of our business and the accessibility of our products immediately upon purchase, there is a generous 14 days full refund policy, which begins on the date of purchase with most of our products. Any cancellation or refund request must come in through an email to our support desk- [email protected]. Cancellation and refund requests raised through any other means cannot be actioned until submitted through an email.
For our subscription products, we will abide by the Consumer rights procedure and laws of the State of Iowa, which does not generally provide consumers with a right to cancel a consumer contract.  however, we offer a 7-day' cooling off period' this is waived as soon as the product or service purchased has been streamed, launched, or downloaded.
